APARTMENT 205 is a fully air conditioned Town house Condo on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 4 storey building, with  views over water to both east and west.

Spacious living and dining areas, beautifully furnished, open onto a secluded  balcony overlooking the garden and beach.A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar.

The 1st floor cloakroom is fitted with a shower. The 2nd floor bathroom incorporates a full size bath with shower.

The master bedroom has a magnificent view of the beach and Gulf, and has a kingsize bed and a second cable TV - main TV is in the living room. The second bedroom has twin queensize beds, and has views of the intracoastal waterway with a private fishing pier. Extra fold up beds are available, and there is plenty of hanging cupboard and drawer space in both bedrooms.

Other facilities provided include elevator from ground floor to condo levels, laundry, gas grill/barbeques, outdoor showers by the pool and private reserved car parking.
